- Additional building inspections during holiday periods and when residents are away from apartment.
- Responsive maintenance services.
- All maintenance calls are acknowledged.

| | Apartments, Responsibilities, Utilities Archer Brown Corporation manages apartments with one-to-six (1-6) bedrooms, studios, some single family homes. All are located in Albany and Delmar, New York.
Unless indicated differently on our Available Apartments list, our Albany residents are responsible for paying their own utilities. These include gas (heat, hot water), electric, and water and sewer.
Delmar residents are responsible for paying for their own electric service, and water and sewer.
The phone, cable television, and internet services are always paid by the resident. Residents must contact each appropriate utility company, except water and sewer, for these services.
