Capital improvements, such as painting, roof replacements, new heating systems, etc. are effectively performed when required. These improvements preserve the buildings, as well as making them attractive and comfortable for our residents.
Each property is frequently inspected for needed repairs, trash cleanup, lawn trimming, snow removal, etc. These functions are what any good neighbor would do.
Customer Service Policy
We feel strongly that it is our duty to aggressively maintain each rental property, provide our residents comfortable living space, and to make our neighborhoods a place that people want to call "Home".
We believe this goal can only be attained when we develop a reasonable and open partnership with our residents and neighbors. Our residents can expect our staff to:
Maintain their building and apartment, so they are safe and attractive.
Respond to maintenance calls within a reasonable time.
Keep residents informed of inspections, current improvement work, or other activities which may affect their lives.
In return, we expect the following from our residents:
Pay all rent and charges on-time.
Keep the apartment and common areas clean, and put trash in its proper place.
Act responsibly (themselves and their guests) by not intentionally destroying or defacing walls, floors, appliances, etc.
Respect the peace and quiet of other residents in their building and in the surrounding neighborhood.
